Mumbai's roads have proven to be a killer this monsoon . 6 people have died because of the big and small craters on almost all of the city's roads. Mumbai's civic authority - that got a lot of flak - for the bad patches and potholes on the roads - has finally taken action. It is now cracking down on road contractors who built roads that have been damaged even before their warranty ends.
