Madan Bhatti, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate from Sangrur, Punjab, says educated youth are not being provided employment by any Government. The efforts by his party, Bhatti says, would be to ensure that youth are influenced to move away from drugs and involve themselves in productive work.
