Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) candidate from Sangrur, Punjab, says efforts would be made to open factories in the area to provide employment. Dhindsa added that the state Government is working to ensure that Punjab would soon be a power-surplus state.
