Dineshbhai Parmar, Congress candidate from Kutch, Gujarat, says there is a state legislation to ensure that 80% jobs in industries are offered to the local people and it has to be implemented with vigour. While local people are deprived of electricity, the state is selling power, which has to be stopped immediately.
