Rashid Rahil, Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) candidate from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, feels the valley needs private sector investment to boost employment opportunities for the youth. Rahil also feels that a probable way to improve public education could be to force all politicians and bureaucrats to send their children to public schools.
